Struxify Clearance & Bundles · website clearance.struxify.io

Struxify — Inh. Dávid-Dennis Warning (Bürgermeister-Steenbock-Straße 21 a, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany) wants the website clearance.struxify.io to be usable by everyone – regardless of physical or technical limitations. This statement provides the accessibility information in line with § 14 and Annex 3 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG).

1. Description of the service

clearance.struxify.io is the information website for the Shopify app “Struxify Clearance & Bundles” with a waitlist form (email address, optional details, double opt-in). The app itself is installed and billed through the Shopify App Store and runs inside the Shopify admin. The offer is intended exclusively for businesses (B2B).

2. Applicable requirements

My benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549 (chapter 9, web). Note: Struxify is a microenterprise within the meaning of § 2 no. 17 BFSG and is therefore exempt from the statutory accessibility requirements for services under § 3(3) BFSG; in addition, the offer is not aimed at consumers. I implement the requirements voluntarily.

3. Compliance status

According to my self-assessment of 21 October 2026 (automated testing with axe-core, manual keyboard testing), this website is largely compatible with WCAG 2.2 AA. In particular:

4. Non-accessible content and known limitations
